Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you on the announcement which appears at the top of our site.
Domestic delivery
We offer free domestic shipping using our chosen courier or delivery service.
For envelopes this will be using Royal Mail second class large letter or an alternative service at our option.
Packets and parcels will be sent using Royal Mail second class small parcel service or an alternative service at our option.
If you require a specific service, please contact us before ordering to determine suitability and additional cost.
International delivery
International deliveries will be offered as indicated in our listings. Items will be sent using the most suitable delivery option as determined by us. We will usually use Royal Mail tracked and signed international postage, but we may use different services at our option depending on price, availability and tracking requirements.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if a tracked service has been used. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Loss or Damages
Please inform us of any damage or loss to your items so that we can advise and if necessary file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as these will need to be returned or photographed in order to proceed with a claim in cases of damage.
